Tomorrow, we will be celebrating Sabrina’s 9th Birthday. Although we were only able to celebrate the day of her birth and her 1st birthday on earth together, we still make this day extra special for our daughter. We would love to invite you, our community, to Pay It Forward in Sabi’s honor. 

As I reflect on the last decade of my life, Growing The Pizarros has indeed continued to GROW. This blog was started in 2012, when we first set off on our IVF journey with Sabrina, and somewhere along the way, it turned into our purpose. As much as I keep wanting to chase my purpose, I have come to realize that I need to live in the moment, live in today. Today is my purpose. Today is our purpose. 

Honestly, I never thought GTP would have its own website and jewelry business. It feels surreal to me. Our logo was designed with a deep meaning for Erik & I personally, but I know that you, too, feel connected to it for your own special reasons. For us, the anchor represents HOPE and the butterfly with a heart is how we see/feel Sabrina’s love. If you have the anchor of HOPE in your life, you will be able to transition many lives in one lifetime…just like how Erik & I feel. In the beginning, we felt the joy of parenthood from 2013-2015 and again, with God’s blessing, from 2017 to today. 

Today is my purpose. 

And so, I am excited to share that our new “Sabrina’s Golden Halo Collection” launches tomorrow, Friday, September 2nd at 9:00am on our website growingthepizarros.com. The collection features a gold-filled bracelet and ring! Each bracelet is adorned with a beautiful, dangling charm and you’ll have a choice of a mother of pearl, heart or butterfly pendant. Personally, I couldn’t decide on just one, so you’ll be seeing me stack them! Both the bracelets and the rings are adjustable, so they’re a perfect fit for all. 

When you purchase from this collection, 10% of proceeds will be donated to @nicospromise in support of the free family bereavement services and the funeral funds assistance that the program offers at @Nicklaus4Kids. Our family truly benefitted from such services and its my way to give back in Sabi’s honor. I pray that you are inspired to wear these special pieces and feel the love that comes from within.
