Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer refunds?

Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.

We do not accept returns on gold plated charms. Please be aware of the materials listed in the description when ordering. Please note that some gold plated materials can tarnish. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or for allergic reactions to metals. If an item arrives damaged please e-mail us within one week and we can replace the item.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

    Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time; however, if you email us, we can potentially make arrangements.

How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

We aim to ship within 5-7 business days with the exception of product launch days. During launches please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our international shipping fee is $17 USD. Please note that international shipments are delayed due to COVID-19. It is not uncommon to see shipment times up to 3 months. Please be prepared for delays when placing an international order.

Are there customs charges for international orders?

International orders are subject to customs fees. USPS does not provide us with information on which countries charge customs or how much the fees are. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country.

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 90 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution.

What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?

Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Below you will find all the types of materials we work with and how to care for them.

Polymer Clay Do not wet polymer clay earrings. Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the earrings.  In the case that it becomes dirty, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. You may also use a cotton ear swab dipped in acetone to wipe lightly on the surface of the earring--this does NOT apply to earrings that are hand painted, have gold leaf, or are coated with varnish.  If your piece is varnished, hand painted, has gold leaf, is glittered--use a baby wipe to gently clean the surface of the earring.  When not in use, store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface. This will help with the preservation of each handmade piece.

Gold Filled Earrings and Accessories Clean your gold filled jewelry regularly using warm water to wash and a soft cloth to pat dry. Never rub it after washing as this can cause discoloring. Avoid wearing your gold filled jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools, as the salt water and chlorine can cause damage.

Brass Please DO NOT wet brass as this will cause the piece to tarnish. Keep away from the sunlight or extreme heat. In the case the piece does tarnish, clean with a baby wipe or brasso metal polish.

Resin  Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Prolonged exposure will cause discoloration and soften the pieces. Do not submerge in water and keep away from harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, aerosol products, fragrances etc. Keep away from sharp objects.  To clean resin jewelry use a soft, damp towel. You may use mild dish soap to wipe lightly with a towel. Store resin jewelry in a box or separate compartment.

Acrylic Keep away from harsh chemicals, sharp objects, and store in a box or separate compartment.  To clean, use a wet cloth or microfiber towel to wipe surface. Let dry. Do not use a dry cloth as this can scratch the jewelry.
